Designed for ultra-fine machining applications, the AX350L uses dielectric oil to create a small discharge gap, enabling micron-level accuracy.

• Patented rigid linear motors for high-speed, backlash-free motion with zero mechanical contact.

• A temperature-stable structure and thermal displacement correction system, maintaining precision throughout extended machining cycles.
