Metaphase Lighting Technologies Inc. (Bristol, PA) unveiled its Zeto Controller Family for modular LED illumination control at Automate 2026 in Chicago. The Zeto Controller Family is designed for integrated control of lights with external drivers, lights with built-in drivers or both simultaneously and can be used in industrial illumination applications requiring compact, easily-integrated form factors.
The series is anchored around the Zeto Core, a central hub that acts as the brain of the system. Mounted directly to a standard 35mm DIN rail (NS 35/15), the Core can interface with up to 16 expansion units via communication bus connectors built straight into the rail line, allowing the Zeto system to scale control of up to 256 lights.

- Built around touchscreen-equipped Zeto Core hub, which interfaces with up to 16 connected expansion units in any mix of CX, CX Plus, VX-4 and VX-16 models
- Supports any combination of current-controlled LED drivers and 0–10V digital dimmers on single bus
- Offers integrated system control via touchscreen GUI, embedded web server or via dedicated Ethernet (UDP/TCP) and USB-C hardware connectivity
- Available expansion units deliver up to 10A and 150W continuous in DC mode (CX Plus), with same 40A Strobe ceiling
- Integrates 3.75kV optically isolated trigger inputs on CX and VX expansion units, backed by reverse and overvoltage protection up to 60V
