Misumi USA, Inc. (Schaumburg, IL) introduces additions to its lines of Posts, Stands, and Clamps, which can be configured to suit a variety of applications. They are designed to securely mount devices, such as CCD cameras and photoelectric sensors, which are used by machine designers and builders of automated assembly, inspection, and testing systems. The new additions include:
- Posts With Scale, which feature metric scale markings to enable precise positioning of mounted devices. These are made out of 304 stainless steel.
- Post Clamps, which are directly mountable to commonly specified photoelectric sensors, with pitches corresponding to sensors supplied by Omron, Keyence, and Sunx.
- Post Clamps, Turning Prevention Vertical Tapped, which have a turning prevention feature allowing adjustment on the Z-axis with a simple turn of a knob. These posts are available in 304 stainless steel or 1018 carbon steel.
