PORTER-CABLE (Towson, MD) introduces its new heavy-duty 15 Amp Circular Saw (PC15TCSMK), which offers a lightweight construction (9.5 lbs) for a more comfortable grip. An angled auxiliary handle allows users to naturally and comfortably hold the saw without impeding line of sight. Other features include:
- A smooth 0-55 degree bevel capacity with stops at the common 22.5 and 45 degree marks along with change increments between one degree.
- A 15 amp motor with 5,600 RPM.
- A cast magnesium shoe to provide the lower weight, and a 10-food cord that offers sufficient length to make cuts in one uninterrupted motion.
- A 24-tooth carbide thin-kerf framers blade, wrench, rip fence, and kit box.
