The Supreme 10AOHT-LO adhesive from Master Bond (Hackensack, NJ) is a single-component, no mix, thermally-conductive compound featuring electrical insulation and durability against impact, thermal shock, vibration, and stress fatigue cracking. It meets NASA low outgassing specifications and is formulated to cure at elevated temperatures between 250° and 300°F for 1 hour.
