Magnalight (Kemp, TX), a Larson Electronics company, has added the RL-8510W-1-UV365 handheld LED ultraviolet spotlight to their line of specialty LED lights. The light produces UV light in the 365 Nm range and has a pistol grip shape to provide comfortable handling, plus a machined aluminum body for extreme durability. The compact lithium-ion batteries provide a 16-hour runtime on a two-hour charge, which allows for greater flexibility. The light weighs only 14 ounces, and is constructed with a machined aluminum lamp assembly, which is anodized for resistance against oxidation, with a high-impact nylon handle that resists damage from impacts and shocks.
