Hilti (Tulsa, OK) has developed a new TE-CX bit that features a gradient carbide head designed to prevent catching on rebar to extend the life of the bit. The TE-CX bits were constructed for drilling holes for medium to heavy-duty anchors in concrete, masonry, and other natural materials. The new anchor hole suitability indicator can help produce accurate anchor holes when the indicator mark is visible. The new TE-C line is for drilling speed. With contoured head and carbide blade, the TE-C drill bits are designed to move through concrete and move dust from the hole to the surface as quickly as possible.
