New DAYLube high performance grease from Dayton Progress Corporation (Dayton, OH) uses nano-ceramic particles which act as sub-microscopic ball bearings to provide continuous lubrication to steel surfaces, and is especially suited for metalworking applications. With a low coefficient of friction at all temperatures, chemically inert DAYLube is also environmentally friendly. It maintains its viscosity across a full temperature range (-40 degrees F to 800 degrees F) and is NSF-H1 Food Grade certified. The nano-ceramic particles remain intact to 2500 degrees F. The lubricating grease does not soften or run out, after 100,000 production strokes it shows no evidence of breaking down.
