Current Diverter Ring and Motor Guarding Seal

lnpro/Seal's Current Diverter Ring protects motor bearings by diverting stray shaft currents that can cause bearing damage and premature motor failure.

Rock Island, IL -- lnpro/Seal's Current Diverter Ring protects motor bearings by diverting stray shaft currents that can cause bearing damage and premature motor failure.

Variable frequency drives can generate damaging electrical current. The CDR uses proprietary conductive filaments to attract stray shaft currents, allowing them to safely bypass motor bearings – and diverting them to ground. The lnpro/Seal CDR can be designed to suit a variety of mounting configurations, including press-fit, clip-on, bolt-through and epoxy. Designs can also be split for easy installation.
