
Online plumbing, electrical and HVAC distributor SupplyHouse last week announced the launch of a new foundation that officials hope will help build “a stronger future for the trades.”
The SupplyHouse Foundation, the company said, would be a “centralized hub” for its philanthropic efforts, including workforce development initiatives, community partnerships and scholarships — such as a “Track to the Trades” scholarship program that is among the foundation's first priorities.
SupplyHouse Chief Marketing Officer Kaylin Staub will also serve as president of the foundation.
"Our customers and the trades community are at the heart of everything we do," Staub said in a statement. "The launch of the SupplyHouse Foundation is a meaningful step in deepening our commitment to giving back, supporting the people and communities that keep our industry moving forward."
