DENVER, N.C. -- Italian commercial oven maker Unox held the grand opening of its first U.S. manufacturing facility in Denver, North Carolina, this week. The event gathered foodservice dealers, representatives from manufacturers and Unox leadership.
The $20 million facility began production in late 2025.
"The U.S. facility is a key element of a global strategy bringing Unox closer to the customers we serve every day," said Nicola Michelon, Unox Group CEO.
Unox has been growing its presence in the Charlotte area since 2017. The new facility gives the company a domestic manufacturing footprint to match the scale of its North American operations.
With the new facility, Unox is positioned to expand production capabilities, reduce lead times for U.S. customers, and improve service and parts availability.
The North Carolina facility is also part of Unox's broader global strategy, which includes the development of Unox City, the company's state-of-the-art headquarters and innovation center in Padua, Italy.
The company claims to be the world's largest commercial oven manufacturer and the only brand of combi ovens built in the U.S. It operates in more than 110 countries and serves culinary professionals.
