The New 'Super' Power: Air

EXAIR’s (Cincinnati, OH) new Large Super Air Nozzle has been engineered to maximize entrained airflow and force while reducing compressed air use and noise. The design directs air to a single point of convergence, delivering 23 pounds of blowing force when mounted 12” from the target.

The nozzle is ideal for blow materials over long distances, and drying or cooling applications. In addition, the nozzle can be installed on ordinary open pipe, keeping noise levels below OSHA Standard 29 CFS 1910.95(a). At 80 psig, the air consumption is 460 SCFM. Other sizes of Super Air Nozzles are available, with forces ranging from 8.1 ounces to 15 pounds of force and air consumption ranging from 8.3 to 300 SCFM.
