Tregaskiss (Windsor, Ontario, Canada) has announced that its QUICK LOAD Liners will now be standard on TOUGH GUN and TGX Semi-Automatic MIG Guns as of July 2011. The QUICK LOAD liners are installed from the front end of the MIG gun, and because there is no need to cut the welding wire, there is less unnecessary downtime and cost. In robotic applications, the MIG guns don’t have to be removed from the wire feeder during replacement, eliminating the need to climb over robotic tooling or transfer system. The liners can accommodate wire sizes from 0.023 to 3/32”.
