Zero-Max (Plymouth, MN) is now offering Phas-Lok adjusting hubs to provide a fast and easy method for changing the phase relationship of components in a power transmission system. The Phas-Lok provides an accurate, mechanical adjustment within a 24° range (±12°) and they eliminate the need to disconnect or remove drive components in order to reposition drive components. The company also says they will not loosen or slip during equipment start-up and shut-down. Without any system disassembly, the phase adjustment can be made quickly on the machine with accuracy using ordinary hand tools.
