The new Cooper Bussmann (St. Louis, MO) four-channel array ESD overvoltage suppressor device provides fast response and reliable ESD protection for data signals in any application requiring input/output, antenna, audio/video ports, or data lines. The low 0.1pF capacitance protects data without distorting signals. The new ESD device is rated for 12V operation and provides ESD circuit protection to 8kV (contact discharge) and 15kV (air discharge).
