Four-Channel ESD Overvoltage Suppressor

The new Cooper Bussmann (St. Louis, MO) four-channel array ESD overvoltage suppressor device provides fast response and reliable ESD protection for data signals in any application requiring input/output, antenna, audio/video ports, or data lines. The low 0.1pF capacitance protects data without distorting signals.

The new Cooper Bussmann (St. Louis, MO) four-channel array ESD overvoltage suppressor device provides fast response and reliable ESD protection for data signals in any application requiring input/output, antenna, audio/video ports, or data lines. The low 0.1pF capacitance protects data without distorting signals. The new ESD device is rated for 12V operation and provides ESD circuit protection to 8kV (contact discharge) and 15kV (air discharge). The fast, low leakage current (under 10nA at 12V) and low capacitance (0.1pF at 1 Mhz) make this an ideal device for a wide range of sensitive electronic circuits that demand reliable voltage protection.
