The new plastic shrink gun kit from Malcom Technologies, Inc. (Tiverton, RI) features an adjustable gun and selection of specialty tips for a wide range of electrical applications. The kit features the Weldy Plus 1200 watt heat gun which maintains set temperature regardless of fluctuations in ambient temperature. Providing adjustable heat and airflow, the gun has a digital LCD display and the kit is supplied with four special purpose nozzle tips for applying solder sleeves and shrink tubing. The compact gun features a precise closed-loop temperature system with a 180 to 1200 degree Fahrenheit range. The kit includes a plastic carrying case.
