K-Tool International (Wixom, MI) has announced the new 7-inch polisher/sander, a variable speed unit that is perfect for a variety of applications. It includes a rubber polishing pad, hook and loop sanding pad, and wool bonnet. A multiposition handle is ideal for left- or right-handed users or it can be positioned directly on the top of the unit. KTI’s 7-inch polisher/sander is equipped with an 11 amp, 120 Volt AC motor. The variable speed control allows users to set maximum speeds from 1,000 to 3,000 rotations per minute for different polishing applications. A soft start feature ensures a smooth start to prevent scratching or marring during polishing or sanding procedures.
