The new ceramic coating increases welding productivity by shielding contact tips, welding nozzles, shrouds, and jigs from spatter, eliminating the downtime normally required for equipment cleaning, says the company. The coating sprays on easily and dries in seconds, allowing uninterrupted welding. No chemical cleaners or cleaning equipment is required as weld spatter can be swept up with a soft brush.
