This system makes forklift battery maintenance faster, safer, and more reliable, says the company. The latest valve features include a debris resistant shroud, lower shut off level, improved versatility, and a new ergonomic installation tool. Millennium Plus+ system works by replacing existing battery vent caps with automatic shut-off valves that are interconnected with tubing to a single quick coupler. When water is required, the user simply connects the quick coupler to a water supply. Water immediately flows into each cell until the correct electrolyte level is reached in each cell. Both battery acid and noxious fume exposure are minimized, and reliable water levels improve battery life and performance.
