(Tempe, AZ) has introduced the microLinK smart turbine flow meter pickoff. With an enhanced amplifier design, this pickoff offers better overall performance to standard pickoffs, according to the company, which also says the microLinK pickoff may be the worlds smallest and most compact temperature/viscosity/density compensated linearized CANbus turbine pickoff. With approximately less than 20 milliseconds response time and a temperate rating -40 to 125 degrees C standard, this pickoff can handle the full range of most flow applications and allow for ‘under the hood’ applications. A linearized flow output (mass or volume) is provided via a user configurable pulse output as well as via CANbus digital communication.
