LA MIRADA, CA — Makita U.S.A., Inc., a manufacturer of professional tools and accessories, has announced two new 18V LXT Brushless Cordless Rivet Tools (XVR01 and XVR02) for assembly and construction needs. The 18V LXT Brushless Cordless Rivet Tools provide power, speed and convenience to the application.
The XVR01 installs rivets up to 3/16” and features a 25mm stroke that sets most rivets in one stroke. The XVR02 installs rivets up to 1/4” and features a 30 mm stroke that sets most rivets in one stroke.
The tools hold the rivet in place allowing the user to operate in any orientation. A transparent mandrel catch container provides convenient viewing of the container level. Ergonomically designed handles provide increased comfort and reduced operator fatigue. A built-in L.E.D. light illuminates the work area.
