Allegro Industries (Garden Grove, CA) is offering a number of back-supports, wrist supports, kneepads, and ankle and elbow supports, according to the company. The wrist supports address the problem of carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) with five different designs, with each one made to help maintain a neutral position at the wrist while allowing for full movement of the hand and fingers. The Dual-Flex support contains eight stays that provide firm support in an ambidextrous design. In contrast, the Maxrist is designed with a restrictive metal spoon stay that fits into the palm to eliminate symptoms of CTS. Finally, the Flexrist and thin Flexrist both offer all-around comfort and support of Neoprene.
