Hyster Company (Greenville, NC) has unveiled its next generation of tough and durable electric lift trucks with the E30-40XN series. They deliver lifting capacities of 3,000 to 4,000 pounds. By using AC motors and transistor controller technology for both the traction and hydraulic systems, the cost of maintenance is reduced, according to the company. Other features include:

  • A newly-designed operator compartment, with sixteen percent more floor space.

  • Improved brake pedal layout and an Auto Deceleration System, which reduces operator fatigue.
