Rugged, High Speed Connection

Amphenol Industrial (Sidney, NY) has introduced a rugged, high speed connector for use in harsh environments. The Max-M12 was designed to withstand high vibration, high temperature, and rugged environments. The connector meets both IEC 61076-2-101 and SAE J 2839 standards. The new system is housed in an HDM 12 EX impact resistant metal shell and is available as a 90 degree right angle connector or as a straight version. Both are available in 4- and 5-pin configurations with B, D, and P polarity codes in line and come as stand-alone connectors or cable assemblies with the option to over-mold the cable assembly.
