The ProStack One-Piece Hygienic Pallet from Polymer Solutions International Inc. (Medford, NJ) is formed in a single piece to eliminate crevices that could harbor bacteria, mold, and other contaminants. Its see-through, open-grid top deck, smooth finish, and flow-through design are ideal for sanitation and inspections. Edge-rackable up to 2,200 pounds, the pallet measures 40 x 48 x 6.25 inches and comes in two models: full perimeter picture frame or three-stringer. The pallet is rated for a 30,000 pound static load or a 5,000 pound dynamic load. Four-way fork entry can accommodate forklifts or pallet jacks. All models weigh 45 to 48 pounds and can be made from several materials depending upon customer requirements.
