Oseco (Broken Arrow, OK) helps protect personnel and equipment during deflagrations in high cycling/high vacuum applications with the new MV-RD explosion vent. It provides extended in-service life, lower burst pressure (pstat) in smaller sizes, and a two-year warranty. The product was designed for dust collectors and bag houses that experience vacuum pressures up to 12 psig / 24.4 inHg. Other benefits include:

  • The ability to safely relieve pressure in the event of a deflagration, thereby preventing a large explosion.
  • The capability to operate in temperatures up to 450°F.
  • Performance tolerances of ±0.25 psig and an operating ratio of 80 percent.
