The Zero-Low Dock Lift from Air Technical Industries (Mentor, OH) is a heavy-duty dock lift table — with a lowered height of 0” — which can raise a load of up to 50,000 pounds. The lift is ideal for use in low-lying areas where a loading ramp is not feasible or not available, or when transferring the load from one level to the next. Other features include:

• A dual-type scissors mechanism, synchronized for level and uniform lift with a torsion bar.
• A variety of power sources, such as 110V AC / single-phase motors for smaller lifts, or 230-460V / three-phase motors for heavier lifts.
• Safety railings on two long sides, 42” high, with a 4” high kick board to meet OSHA requirements.
