COE Press Equipment (Sterling Heights, MI) has upgraded its ServoMaster Series Roll Feeds with the new ServoMaster 3 Controller based on an integrated Yaskawa MP940 servo drive and motion control package. Other benefits of the ServoMaster 3 include a 500-job memory function, S-curve acceleration for improved accuracy, and 24 I/O ports. Additional features of the ServoMaster include:

  • A variety of sizes, from 2.25” to 4” roll diameter and widths from 6” to 54”. In addition, the feeder handles material thickness from 0.01” to 0.31”.
  • A modular design where the base machine equipment and all options or ancillary equipment is designed for a “bolt-on” assembly process.
  • A pivoting upper feed roll to assure gear mesh and a cluster gear-drive upper feed roll.
