Teaming Up On Pallets

Lantech (Brewerton, NY) and Schneider Packaging Equipment introduce the Stack and Wrap Palletizing/Stretch Wrapping Cell, which combines two or more lines into a centralized, automated stretch wrapping station. The palletizing system centers a FANUC robotic arm between two Lantech Q-600 stretch wrappers. The Q-600s include special logic and hardware for this design, as well as Lantech’s Pallet Grip load containment system to lock the load to the pallet for safe transport. The cell is highly configurable and has the ability to simultaneously palletize unique lines with products of different size and type.
