ASGCO (Wheeling, IL) announces the new Skalper IV blade and E-Z Torques Tensioning System, designed to remove carry-back efficiently. The new blade design, with its horizontal sipes/wear grooves across the entire blade cleaning edge, ensures a sharp cleaning edge throughout the life of the blade. The self-adjusting EZ Torque Tensioner has redesigned brackets to provide a square bolt pattern with UHMW bushings on both sides for a non-banding operation. In addition, the Skalper IV can be maintained from one side of the conveyor, featuring a stainless steel pin blade change-out system that requires no tools.
