NORTHFIELD, N.H. (AP) — Plans are in the works to expand an auto supplier plant in New Hampshire.
Freudenberg-NOK is planning the $3 million expansion in Northfield that is expected to add at least 15 jobs to the 115 currently employed.
The Concord Monitor reports (http://bit.ly/1anuArF) Business Finance Authority president Jack Donovan says construction is expected to take six months.
Freudenberg-NOK is a German-based company that manufactures sealants and other auto supplies. The Northfield plant makes axel steel products.
Donovan said the plant opened in Northfield in 1999 and is in the top five manufacturing employers in the state.
