France: Drugmaker On Trial, Suspected In Deaths

Remington Plans $32M AR Expansion

Remington says the expansion will include the construction of a new building. Work is expected to begin later this year and finish up by next spring.
Record Amount Of Cargo Passes Through GA Ports

April's record is an increase of about 108,530 tons over the same time period last year. In a release, GPA officials said the state's ports also saw a 4 percent increase in container traffic and a 14.1 increase in roll on/roll off cargo in April.

GM Giving Paid Internships To 110 HS Students

Thurston Manufacturing Co. of Thurston, Neb., moved swiftly to complete its purchase of Simonsen Iron Works of Spencer, Iowa, so it could rehire workers and keep the plant operating, Thurston co-owner Nick Jenson said.

United To Restart 787 Flights

The incidents included an emergency landing of one plane, and a fire on another.
Ex-Saab Execs Arrested On Accounting Charges

Prosecutor Olof Sahlgren says the three are "suspected of aggravated attempts to avoid tax controls" by allegedly falsifying parts of Saab's accounts between 2010 and 2011 — a crime that carries a sentence of up to four years in prison.

GE Healthcare To Invest $17M In New SC Plant

Texas Sues BP For Damages Related To Oil Spill

Lozano, Associated Press | CommentsTexas on Friday became the fifth state to sue British oil company BP over the 2010 Deepwater Horizon oil spill, seeking damages related to the worst offshore oil spill in U.S. history. The lawsuit is seeking lost tax revenue, lost revenue from state parks, damages to natural resources and civil penalties for each day that oil was spilled and for every barrel of oil that was illegally discharged.
