The Ridgeline W200 from Glacier Computer LLC is a wearable computer made of reinforced magnesium alloy. At only 10.2 ounces and contoured to fit your arm, the W200 is a portable computer that allows the user to keep both hands free for completing other tasks.

The W200 boasts a 3.5” color display with touch screen, backlit keypad and a hot swappable battery pack. The wireless functions of the W200 ensure continuous connectivity with plug and play Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS modules. Using Windows CE or Linux operating systems, the unit can be quickly configured to access any remote host system through integrated wired or wireless interfaces.

The system also integrates features such as a tilt and dead reckoning, resulting in power savings and longer battery life.

The hands-free versatility of the W200 makes it of special interest to emergency services, security, defense, warehouse, field logistics and any field that requires connectivity or access to remote information. Also available is the W250, a more rugged version of the W200 which appeals to certain military and first responder applications.
