Johnson & Johnson has been under fire recently for a spate of poorly-manufactured products, and like other major companies mired recalls, the pharmaceutical giant is working hard to restore its image. Bill Wheldon, J&J's CEO, apologizes for the failure to see its manufacturing practices falter, and for the workers themselves who did not follow GMP. He calls the internal issues a "disservice" to its promise and a major "disappointment."
