Paul Mitchell and Paul Stinnett filed suit after they were fired in Oct. 2008. Mitchell, the plant's production scheduler, was 59 at the time and had been with the company for 17 years.

WICHITA, Kan. (AP) — A longtime Wichita aircraft worker has died from injuries he suffered in an accident on the job.
