The fire at Industrial Plastics Recycle, about 45 miles southwest of Nashville, has been burning since Wednesday morning. On Wednesday afternoon, firefighters had to stop trying to put out the blaze after they learned that two 1,000 gallon propane tanks were on the property.

OSHA Cites Kan. Tyson Plant For Severed Hand

The U.S. Department of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration said that in the last 10 years the plant has had seven serious violations, and that some of the most recent violations were "willful."  OSHA proposed the $147,000 fine for four violations found during its latest inspection.
